- Towing services must be supplied by others
- Emergency service calls are dispatched on a first call basis
- Mobilization is billed gate to gate
- Mechanic time is billed at the hourly rate, wait time for parts and OTR will be billed at hourly rate
- Rates are subject to an annual price increase
- All taxes and fees are based on local requirements and are charged in addition to JLE rates
