Special Notes

• Customer is responsible to track road miles and fuel use in road legal spotters.
• Customer is responsible to pay all taxes associated with highway miles and fuel.
• Customer must submit tracking forms to JLE each month
• Billing will be provided on a monthly basis and is coordinated through the JLE Accounting Office.
• JLE Truckwash maintenance contact information will be provided to customer for service calls during regular hours and after hours. Meter reading will be taken weekly and provide to JLE accounting office for tracking. Customer pays pickup and delivery fees.
• Customer pays for transport both ways. Pickup and Delivery.
• JLE checks the tire tread before and after lease. Customer pays $27.50 per 1/32 of tread useon each tire.
• Yard spotters are delivered with a full tank of diesel fuel. The tank needs to be full whenreturned. If the fuel tank is not full, customer will be billed $10 per gallon to refill tank.
• The “A service” is provided at each 250 hours of use. No travel cost is charged within 50 miles of our shop. Beyond 50 miles, we charge $1.50 per mile plus $150 per hour for traveltime.
• Includes repairs of vehicle breakdowns.
• Rates are based on JLE performing service and repair work onsite. If spotter has to betransported offsite to do work, it will be at the expense of the customer.
• Customer pays for damage to vehicle, or excessive wear and tear caused by abuse.
• Emergency service calls are dispatched on a first call basis.
• Rates are subject to an annual price increase.
• Yard spotter governors are preset to regulate ground speed. If customer requires governor tobe reset, it will be at customer’s expense to adjust governor to new setting and restore if at endof rental.
• JLE will provide customer with a rental agreement.- Upon request, JLE can limit the ground speed on yard spotters. The cost to reduce the speedand reverse the process at end of lease will be borne by the customer.
