Requirements for JLE wash

JLE Truckwash currently operates 14 wash bays at our customer’s facilities. We install our wash equipment, provide chemicals, employ local labor, and provide a yard spotter to move equipment to and from the wash bay.

The process works like this

1
JLE will send an installation crew to your facility
2
Our crew will work with your people to remove all unnecessary wash equipment currently in the facility
3
JLE crew will assist in palletizing equipment that is to be saved. Customer will need to provide a dumpster or scrap container for items to be disposed of. Salvageable equipment will be repurposed
4
Our crew will install semi-automated wash equipment
5
JLE will install our chemical metering and application system
6
JLE manager will bring the wash equipment on-line and train local labor to operate the wash system
7
JLE will provide a yard spotter tractor to move trailers from the wash line to the wash bay and back to the ready line
8
JLE will staff the wash facility on a schedule that allows the wash crew to capture and wash the equipment when it is in the yard and available
